LOKI REPAIR REPLACE PROGRAM

LOKI products have a full warranty to the original purchaser against deficiency in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion if a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect. Not covered in this warranty are damages caused by: improper care, misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or the natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate.

To begin the repair/replace process, please take the following steps:

  1. Call Loki Outerwear to report a repair/replace (1.888.879.Loki).
  2. You will be issued a RA # for issues covered under warranty terms above.
  3. After receiving a Loki RA # fill out the Rainy Pass service form: click here for form
  4. For questions about the form please call Rainy Pass (1.888.RIP.STOP ~ 1.888.747.7867)
  5. Due to government regulations the repair/replace item must be washed prior to sending in for service.
  6. Send your jacket to Rainy pass repair facility with the form completely filled out to insure a quicker turn around. Please allow up to 6 weeks for repair of item and this time may be increased during higher volume times of the year.
